Anthony Cutajar

Head Chef

Anthony is our Head Chef and winning combination of the brains and hard work behind the amazing food that we serve at The Farm. Creating menus for weddings and events since 2008, Anthony has always loved food and began cooking in the kitchen with his mum as a boy. Forever the perfectionist, Anthony’s favourite moments are when guests comment on how much they loved his food. When he’s not in the kitchen, Anthony is in his garden at home, where he loves growing his own vegetables and flowers.

Nicole Leahy-Donohue

Sales and Events Specialist 

Nicole is our wedding and events specialist and will most likely be the one taking you on a venue tour showcasing our many onsite locations for ceremony, pre-reception, and reception. She will answer any questions you have and, with experience at all kinds of venues, is full of tips and tricks for your big day. Nicole says the best part of the job is meeting people who are madly in love and helping them prepare for their special day – she also loves being surrounded by wine, cheese, and dogs! When she’s not at The Farm, she’s spending time with her children or going to musicals.

Veronica Vitiello

Venue Manager

As Venue Manager Veronica leads the dedicated team at The Farm, managing and executing events with creative passion. Her favourite part of the job is the creative aspect, as no two events ever feel or run the same, the novelty of this makes each day feel like a fresh new challenge. Veronica’s hometown is Naples, the home of Neapolitan pizza. She loves the coastlines, the fresh scent of lemons, mouth-watering seafood and the abundant markets. When Veronica is not at The Farm she loves to anything to do with travelling, fitness and wellness in general. She has been a PT and yoga instructor in her spare time, so you know your event will be in cool calm and collected hands.

Food and Wine Manager

Oscar Thompson

Event Manager 

Oscar is on-the-day execution leader of the events and operations management behind the scenes. His favourite part of the job is when all the planning and work comes together to create those special moments for our couples. He loves wine and can never stick with one type for too long, but if he had to choose he would pick a full-bodied, rich red like a Cabernet Sauvignon. 
Hospitality is a real passion for him with over ten years of experience in the industry and more than four years in events specifically. But not all of his time is spent at work. Oscar is a big music fan and he dedicates a lot of time DJing around Melbourne’s coolest venues!

Lisa Marie Oosthuizen

Wedding Coordinator 

Lisa, our dedicated wedding coordinator, boasts over 15 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her journey, she has formed meaningful connections with numerous individuals, finding joy in each encounter. With a passion for crafting seamless weddings, Lisa’s goal is to bring every event to life in a beautiful and effortless manner. She takes great pleasure in witnessing the happiness shared by couples on their special day, making her role all the more rewarding.
Lisa loves spending time with her family, being near the ocean and finding time to help people in need.

Nicole adeptly oversees the planning, styling, and execution of weddings and events, bringing her skills to life with a calm and collected demeanor. Her greatest joy lies in witnessing the beauty of each wedding unfolding, especially the tender moment when emotions run high as the bride walks down the aisle. During her leisure time, Nicole finds contentment in simple pleasures like savoring cheese, spending quality moments with her beloved dog, and nurturing her dream of establishing her own wedding stationery business.

With a passion for both precision and the artistry of cooking, Casey has carved a unique path in the culinary world.  Tempered in the heat of professional kitchens, she embodies a blend of rugged determination and refined culinary finesse. Casey’s main role is to support Head Chef Anthony and ensuring that the kitchen’s  creations reach impeccable standards. Beyond the passion for cooking, Casey finds joy in mentoring and working alongside the apprentice and best friend, Ed, forming a dynamic duo that elevates the kitchen’s atmosphere. Outside the kitchen she is a force to be reckoned with. Whether burning rubber on go-kart tracks, immersing herself in the high-speed world of Formula 1, or  hitting the gym, Casey thrives on the adrenaline of fast-paced pursuits.

Apprentice

Eddie thrives in the kitchen, where he’s mastering the art of food prep and timely meal execution as The Farm’s newest apprentice. Guided by mentor Anthony, he’s transitioning from his days as a culinary student and kitchen hand to a skilled chef. The best part of Eddie’s job? Working alongside his bestie, Casey, the Sous Chef. Together, they bring creativity and teamwork to every dish they create. When he’s not in the kitchen, Eddie’s passion for cooking extends to his own home, where he loves to experiment with new recipes whenever he can steal a moment away from the stove.
